1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

All tags must be attached.

Final sale, custom, and perishable items (e.g. food, skincare) are non-returnable, unless damaged or faulty.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@lifya.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps, including return shipping details if approved.
4. Sustainable Returns
As a sustainable marketplace, we aim to reduce waste. We may offer:

Store credit bonuses for choosing credit over refunds.

Low-impact return options, such as batch returns or localised drop-off hubs (where available).
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly, at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
